The place is absolutely good for family. The food is also nice and tasty at reasonable price. We stayed for 3 days in 2 family rooms and the rooms were nice and clean. Worth visiting this property with family and friends for vacation.

Rooms as well as premises of property are well maintained, neat and cleaned. Rooms are well ventilated and hygienic. Surrounding atmosphere of property is also peaceful. Service provided here is in very gentle manner with proper attention. We also got good information regarding locations to visit here from owner Yogesh selflessly. Location is also quite nearer to beach. It is one of the good options for accomodation if someone is in need of safe and peaceful place to stay and enjoy the tour.

The rooms are spacious and airy. Hygiene top notch. They serve really good breakfast. You get the view of sea and Sindhudurg fort from the balcony. We enjoyed are stay at the property.

Had a great stay at Exotic Oceanview! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with AC and 24/7 hot water. The food was delicious, and ample parking was available. The location is convenient, with major attractions just a 10–15 minute drive away. Overall, a fantastic experience!
