⭐ Detailed Review — Not Recommended I strongly recommend not booking these resorts. Compared to the high room price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The service quality was very poor, and the staff’s behavior was rude and arrogant towards customers, which made our stay uncomfortable. Our tour schedule was also disrupted due to their mismanagement, adding to our frustration. In addition, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were terrible. A dirty drainage channel runs just behind the rooms, causing a foul smell and an unpleasant environment throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very bad experience and absolutely not worth the money we paid. I would suggest avoiding this resort and looking for better alternatives near by.

Nice experience overall at Coconut Cottage in Malvan. The property is a very cool place to stay and quite cost-effective for the facilities and comfort it offers.Special thanks to Omkar Palav, who was very helpful throughout our stay. The authentic Malvani dishes, especially the flavorful prawns and surmai fry, elevated our meals with bold coastal flavors.

Very clean and nice rooms. Overall airy place, good friendly staff. Food was very good..( I tried only vegetarian food). Sea front location is an added advantage.. very near to Rajkot Fort.. loved it, will definitely be there, next time we visit..

Coconut cottage is one of the best stay in Malvan. Palav family is so nice & cooperative. Everyone is so nice there and well mannered. The room quality is very good & bathroom are very clean. The food quality is very nice, specially malvani sea food is very tasty.

I recently stayed at Malvan Coconut Hotel, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff kept threatening and scaring us in the name of dogs. Even if we made a small noise, the owner’s father would come and shout at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. There was no proper hospitality. They didn’t even offer basic tea or water. The room cleanliness was very poor and not maintained properly. Overall service was bad and not guest-friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort and good service.
