Batelo Beach Resort

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Batelo beach resort, perfectly located right on the shore with stunning views. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The seafood was fresh and absolutely delicious, and aaji who cooked the meals, always had a smile on her face. The hospitality was warm and attentive throughout our stay of 3 nights and 4 days…Suyog dada the owner of the place is always around to help you if you ever get stuck with something. He is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED — we look forward to visiting again! THANK YOU TEAM BATELO.. 😍

The resort is located in a beautiful setting and offers a great view, which initially raised our expectations. The property has good potential, and the overall ambience during the day is pleasant. The food is decent, though not exceptional. However, the overall experience was significantly impacted by very poor service standards and lack of guest management. Service was extremely slow — it took nearly an hour to receive a simple cup of tea and pakodas, and next morning it was prepared with creamer instead of milk, which affected the taste. We also observed other guests frustrated by the long food delays, suggesting this is a recurring issue. Basic service efficiency needs serious attention. More importantly, the resort does not seem suitable for families or guests seeking a peaceful stay. The rooms are situated very close to each other, and sound insulation appears minimal. We had a very disturbing experience due to drunk & intoxicated guests (couple) in the adjacent room who created continuous noise throughout the night — loud television until morning, alarms ringing past midnight, shouting, crying, and overall disruptive behavior. There appeared to be no intervention from management despite the prolonged disturbance. A hospitality property must ensure basic comfort, safety, and rest for all guests. Unfortunately, that was missing during our stay. With better service management, stronger supervision of guest conduct, this resort could offer a much better experience. At present, it may be more suitable for groups rather than families seeking a quiet getaway.

One of the best resorts i have visited. The place is sooo good, the view, the food and at a very affordable cost.!! It is a must visit place ❤️

The Batelo Resort provided a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We stayed for four nights. We scheduled our vacation for February, which is the best period to visit Kokan—no traffic, no rush, as the 10th and 12th examinations begin in February-March.

Amazing experience. Far better than the pictures posted. Rooms are well maintained, Fish thalis, breakfast, prawns fry everything top notch🤌🏼overall food is amazing. Best for couples family or friends or even solo. They even guide you for one of the best and professional scuba diving experience.

Me and three of my friends visited this beachside resort for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is located right at Tarkarli Beach, Malvan, offering a very beautiful sea view from the hotel. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We felt very comfortable and completely safe throughout our stay. The food was good and well prepared. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, which made the stay even more comfortable. If you are visiting with your family or friends, you should definitely go, don’t think twice. Overall, it was a pleasant and refreshing stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort.
