Need to work on basic service of Hospitality - Need to have small refrigerator in each room ( people can store drinks or food item). - Need to keep water and glass in each room - Size of western commode ( It's Mamoth task, wihile doing morning rituals, owner should seat and experience how guest are doing RAMBO Circus in the morning). - Same goes with wash Basin ( It's smaller for 10 yr old kid). - Has good space outside the room, where 10 people can seat together. It should have celing / Standing fan. - Should provide mosquito repellent ( Lot of mosquitoes) - Most imp they should not lock the main door, so that guest can go early morning walk on beach front. * The property has prime location just 10 mins walk from bach ( Where food and drinks are easily available), with proper infrastructure and service it can do wonders *
