Avisa Nila Beach Resort

Inspite of reading mixed reviews..we booked Avisa Nila for 3 nights.. Me, my wife and my 3 year daughter stayed there.. Detailed point by point review as below👇 👍Location - A very prime beach touch location equally distant from both devbag sangam and Tarkarli. Easy connectivity 👍Bech access:- Resort on the bach.. nothing more to say.. 👍👎Rooms:- We booked premium room. Room was in good condition and well equipped with a wide and beautiful sea view. One concern thing is no tap available in washroom for bathing small children with bucket. Also TV in room was not working. In our 3 day stay..done minimum 5 requests to get it started but was not working till end. 👍 Swimming pool:- Infinity look like swimming pool. Well maintained. 👍 Property:- Rest property and lights..etc was aesthetic. Building is bit old and need re-coloring. 👍Extra support:- We got rental bike and cab driver numbers from manager and both were very good. 👎👎👎Staff and room service:- The kitchen or That "Chimni" cafe in hotel and its staff are utterly pathetic and disinterested. You must have god level patience to deal with these guys. If you demand room service and place order..you have to call and remind them minimum thrice..then only they will give your food and that with attitude that they are freely feeding you. We were having a toddler with us so needed milk in night before sleeping. On day one, we ordered 2 cups, they had given 2 big glasses..I returned one immediately but still charged us. On second day, we ordered and reminded thrice..till 11pm..not received. On 3rd day, we ordered 4 hours early, called 4 times..still they delivered a hour late...and even after that they were not even bothered about it. It's their "Effeciency" and "Willingness" towards room service. Never ever seen such arrogant, disinterested kitchen staff in any other resort till time... I don't know manager is aware about what is happening around but in replys of many such reviews, he found covering those guys... God bless him.. If someone stays in Avisa Nila...just due to this staff only..will not recommend further. Please take us as real "Feedback" and act on it.. If only staff is corrected..this property is near to 4+ star experience.

We stayer here during Xmas vacation with family. The location of the resort is really good. It has nice swimming pool and direct access to beach. Restaurant has good options but it is bit expensive and service time for food is high. The overall experience is really good and I would recommend for family vacation.

Good place with few rooms having beach view (which we opted for). Restaurant service is good. Room service is also decent. Property has own beach access. Swimming pool is kept clean (cleaned daily in the morning).

Cozy Beachside Spot in Malvan – Perfect for Couples! Just got back from a quick getaway to Malvan, and this hotel was our little haven. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they were super kind to hook us up with a beach-facing view that made it all worthwhile – waking up to those waves was pure magic for me and my partner. Everything felt clean and comfy, with the basics covered just right after long days at the forts and Sindhudurg beach. The staff? Total gems – friendly chats, quick check-in, and even tips on the freshest Malvani fish curries nearby. Great spot, not too touristy, and bang for your buck. If Malvan’s on your list, give this place a go – you won’t regret it! Rating: 4.5/5

An amazing property located close to the Devbag beach having 2 different types of rooms. The 1st one is the standard rooms in the building (G+2) and the other one is cottages located closer to the beach and in front of the swimming pool. The best part is the clean and pristine beach which is not at all crowded and can be termed as private beach. Food is good and booking breakfast and dinner in the packages is highly recommended. One can enjoy swimming in the sea as the water is comparatively cleaner over Tarkarli and Malwan beaches. Places of visit are Sindhudurg Fort and boat ride to the confluence and the Dolphin Point. If you are lucky can spot Dolphins in the sea. Please make sure the boat you hire is not small as these smaller boats are not able to withstand the waves at the confluence. The famous Tsunami island turned out to be a big negative and is the hype only. Can visit there but nothing to enjoy until you decide to venture into water sports.

A serene beachfront property with direct access to the beach. Feels like a private beach. Rooms are spacious but average, do not expect too many frills. All rooms have sea view. Glass cottages feel cramped and claustrophobic. Cuisine is varied and tasty, seafood being their specialty. Services are good but can be further improved. Overall, a nice and affordable place to enjoy the sea view.
