Repeat visit!! Getaway at Ashiyana Home Stay – Nivati Beach When we first visited Ashiyana Home Stay at Nivati in Aug-25..we just knew we are going to visit again! It was our annual leave plan around Dec-25 end for me and my husband along with our 2 small children and we wanted to go to a place to relax at a location which isn't very crowded for New Year's and without a thought we decided to visit Ashiyana Home Stay at Nivati Beach for a whole week!! Yogesh and his family gave us a warm welcome and literally treated us as their guests!! There is something about the people at Nivati which we have not experienced elsewhere.We enjoyed the home cooked food at this stay and it is exceptional as always! The veg thali is by far the best one's I have had outside Pune on the konkan belt..the vegetables sabzi's are so good that you can eat the entire bit without roti and rice too! They love to serve you and will always serve extra - they literally mean and practice - Pot bharun jeva!! Yogesh also took us around the village walking through the backwaters crossing over a british era stone bridge came a centuries old ganesh mandir... completely different feeling as small kids from his family too joined the walk to the mandir and back. They were kind to give us an experience of what the Nivati residents have as one of their staples - Fish roast on coal with a pinch of salt and it was a taste I will always remember. We even had a boat ride to the Portuguese light house through a very good reference given by Yogesh. We didn't realise how the week got over and we came back home with so many memories my kids would cherish and with all the chats we had with Yogesh on life experiences we will always remember! And like a close family member we were given coconuts by family more than what could fit in our bags as a farewell gesture while we returned back to the city 😀 We just know we will soon visit again!! Stay at Ashiyana – Just 50 meters from the Beach! The home stay is located just steps away from the beach, which made our mornings and evenings magical. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with beds and extra mattresses for larger groups. A few highlights: Fast and reliable Wi-Fi Hot water and a clean wash area A spacious dining area, with an option to dine on the terrace Total of 5 bedrooms, perfect for big families or groups

I visited this home stay with my whole family. We are all most 12-15 people for 3 days at there. Our experience is to good the rooms and food all are very nice. In konkan the big issue for us was pure veg food but these people provide us proper veg and also some authentic konkani dishes which was very delicious.They guide us properly for places which we can visit near by.The nivati beach is walking distance from the home,it's so peaceful area.They treat us like there family and also the owners whole family is so sweet and friendly with us. It was very very nice experience with them.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days. The rooms were good, and the owner was very friendly with us. The food was delicious, and during our 4-day stay, they treated us like family members. Thank you, Roshan and Yogesh, for providing such a nice place to stay. The beach was neat and clean, not too crowded, and it was a peaceful time to enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay with My Family at Ashiyana homestay in Nivati Beach near Near Shriramwadi, close to Mhapan, Malvan! The host (Mr. Yogesh & Roshan his Family) is incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a serene view of the lush greenery. The homemade Malvani cuisine was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. The location was perfect, with easy access to pristine beaches and local attractions. If you're looking for a peaceful and authentic coastal experience, Ashiyana homestay is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
